Deliveries are made via Royal Mail unless over 4kg where another courier service will be used. Delivery times may vary. Free 2 - 5 Working Day Delivery is valid on orders over £30. This is subject to change during peak periods. Please note that our 24H Tracked Royal Mail  is not guaranteed, a delivery attempt will be made where possible and a signature may be required upon delivery.

Due to Brexit we are experiencing unforseen carrier delays when processing international orders. We use service: UPS, DPD and Parcelforce international courier services AIR MAIL 3-7working days tracked delivery 

  Our current lead time is 1 up to 3  days to dispatch. Soemtimes if customs are busy, clearance gets delayed and parcels are quedued awaiting clerance. 

We  offer  EU  delivery via Air mail service.  For  orders over £130 ( maximum weights per parcel 30kg ).

From 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries with an order value over £130 may be subject to import taxes and duties. Some of our customers have been contacted by our carrier partner to  pay duty chargers (£3 -  £5) for the parcel to be delivered or collected. This may be an error due relating to BREXIT transition process changes. In the meantime, if you are contacted by UPS, DPD OR Parcelforce courier and a duty paymant is requested, then you will need to pay the charge to release the order for delivery. We can't refund the VAT but please  contact us on: sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk If you have any questions.  We apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your continued support.

Some countries have enforced duty charges for products originating from outside of the EU and UK, this means there can be duty payable for some of our products, alog with some handling fees.

Returning your item:

Returns from EU countries may be subjected to UK VAT for goods valued at £22 or more and EU customer will now be required to complete customs declaration to import the goods into the UK.

Please note: EU CUSTOMERS WILL CONTINUE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING CARRIER COST AS PER THE EXISTING RETURN PROCESS.
