Schedule:
9:45am - Arrival
Morning Grounding
10am - 12 | Begin with a soul - soothing soak in the wood - fired hot tubs , nestled under the sky.
12:30pm - 1:30pm | Enjoy a healthy lunch in the cosy Hilltop Bistro, featuring sharing platters, a vegetarian main course, and delicious homage cake.
1:45 - 2:15pm | Take a mindful walk on a sensory trail, immersing yourself in nature's beauty.
2:30 - 4:00pm | Nourishing Yin yoga - expect slow, restorative poses that calm the body's stress response and promote circulation and energy flow.
4 - 5pm | Deeply Relaxing Sound Bath - lie back and receive a transformative sound journey. Benefits include deep relaxation, improved sleep quality, emotional balance, and a sense of well-being.
5pm – Goodbyes

Join Aline Lemos and Kasia Trawinska for a deeply relaxing day retreat, surrounded by nature, as we welcome the arrival of Spring. This unique experience combines grounding Yin yoga, and sound healing to help you reset and realign.

Step away from the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in a day of deep rest and renewal. Surrounded by nature, this nurturing retreat is designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and replenished - gently supporting you to reset and realign as we move into the fresh energy of spring.

Your day begins with a grounding experience in the wood-fired hot tubs, nestled beneath the open sky.This serene setting allows you to unwind and rejuvenate, completed by the Finnish barrel saunas and a refreshing dip in the cold pool. As you immerse yourself in the warmth and water, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a tranquil and natural environment. Afterward, enjoy a wholesome, seasonal lunch in the cosy Hilltop Bistro, complete with starter sharing platters, a nourishing vegetarian main, and homemade cake. You’ll also have the option to explore the 1000m sensory trail through mindful or sensory walking therapy, deepening your connection with the natural surroundings.

Following lunch, you’ll gather in the studio with Aline, a highly qualified meditation and 500hr yoga teacher. Aline will gently guide you through a restorative Yin Yoga practice, accessible to all levels. Yin’s floor-based, meditative postures invite stillness, encouraging release of muscular tension, soothing the nervous system, and restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit. Many participants leave feeling more open, grounded, and spacious in commonly tight areas such as the hips, shoulders, and back. No prior yoga experience is needed - everyone is welcome.

As the day flows into evening, you’ll be welcomed into a deeply relaxing Sound Bath led by Kasia, IPHM Accredited Sound & Reiki practitioner who runs regular sound baths in Cambridge, her purpose and passion to spread light and the powerful therapeutic benefits of sound healing far and wide. Through the therapeutic resonance of instruments such as gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, rattles and rainstick, Kasia creates a sound journey that encourages profound rest and inner stillness. Her intuitive use of sound, combined with the gentle support of her essential oil blends, offers a powerful pathway to reconnecting with your inner calm.

" It was my first time joining Sunday Stillness and together with the sound bath. The experience was so good that it was beyond my expectations. For the Yin yoga, it helped me deeply relax on my own, the group energy is refreshing to me. For the sound bath, it was exceptionally beautiful. The sound waves made me get to my subconscious mind directly, and I could stay in a meditative state without stress for a really long time. I could feel something in the healing process taking place in my body and mind that has been lasting for 2-3 days after the sound bath. I believe the power of sound was greatly enhanced by the yin yoga, so as to achieve such a wonderful relaxation and healing experience.
