This evening will be the perfect opportunity to practice conscious rest, release tension and turn inwards.
With the slow practice of Yin led by lovely Aline - devoted and intuitive yoga teacher, we invite the body and mind to the present moment, practising mainly floor based poses, held between 3-5 minutes which can help to soften tight muscles and targets the deep connective tissues of the body. This special Yin class incorporates a longer savasana accompanied by Kasia’s Crystal Bowls as well as other instruments.
We will attune to the transition of the upcoming Autumn Equinox, a time to invoke balance, as well as beginning to let go of the Summer season and slowly embrace the darker, cooler months.
You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, more present and relaxed, ready for the week ahead.

If your mind, body and spirit is calling for rest and renewal, we would love to have you join us.

"My main approach during classes is gentleness and enquiry – an open invitation for you to be with whatever arises. I encourage my students to be truthful about the ‘ease and effort’, not about pushing through pain, but of finding that space with respect and curiosity for ourselves.
Options are offered during class so that students of all levels can further their experience of yoga and meditation. This allows us to work safely and for gradual progression to happen, as we strengthen and loosen up both bodies and minds."
