Gift Cards

Please note that Gift Cards can only be used online or may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products and services by Luminescence Naturals Ltd. are valid for internal events hosted by Luminescence Naturals (Sound Baths  organised by Luminescence Naturals Ltd. 1:1 Reiki) and products sold at  All Saints Market in Cambridge (online purchases collected from All Saints Arts and Crafts Garden Market). Gift cards are not redeemable against third-party events, cannot be exchanged for cash, or other rewards. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Luminescence Naturals Ltd. ("we", "us", and "our") may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase. To view your Gift Card balance, please email: sales@luminessncenaturals.co.uk. The recipient can redeem their gift card by making a booking - purchasing our products and entering the unique gift card code on the payment page at checkout. 

E- Gift Cards are nonrefundable. Gift Cards are intended to be used as a form of payment at www.luminessnecnaturals.co.uk. However. if you've purchased an item / service (Sound Bath)  with a e-gift card, you may be able to get a refund to the gift card (refer to our shop policy/returns).

Group  Sound Baths are nonrefundable but you may wish to gift your space to someone else. Cancellation policies may very from larger group events and no refunds are offered for Group Sounds Baths. 

Limitations

Gift Cards with no expiry date. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold or transferred for value. 

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Freud

We will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.luminessencenaturals.co.uk  or All Saints Market in Cambridge.

When you purchase, receive or redeem a Gift Card, you agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, Gift Card or account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are able to apply a Gift Card to your account or your  www.luminescencenaturals.co.uk  Card Balance to a purchase. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion.
