Corporate Wellness Products Workshop Our workshops are designed to be relaxing and creative - employees can enjoy making something to take away with them. During this workshop, participants will hand-craft your own individual aroma-rollerball to use as a therapeutic aromatherapy pulse point roller. We only use sustainable, natural ingredients and environmentally conscious packaging, which can be easily and locally recycled or used again and again. Wellbeing workshops tailored for modern workplaces to boost employee mental and physical health. Your bespoke session will be designed according to your wishes and can include gentle guided meditation, sound immersion and aromatherapy. Cancellation Policy
Contraindications & Considerations Please let Kasia know before attending if any of the following apply to you: Epilepsy or seizures that may be triggered by sound Autism or significant sensory sensitivity Pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device Heart condition Hearing aids Tinnitus or another sound-sensitive condition Severe anxiety or a mental health condition PTSD Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia Tourette syndrome High-risk pregnancy Metal implants A condition requiring lifesaving medication due to allergies This list is intended as a guide and does not mean that you will necessarily be unable to participate. In many circumstances, your experience can be adapted for your comfort - for example, by adjusting the volume, positioning you further away from certain instruments or offering an alternative position. Group Sound Bath Information What to Bring Clean yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and cushions will be provided. Water will also be available, although you are welcome to bring your own water bottle. You may wish to bring an eye mask if you find this helpful for relaxation. Shoes will need to be removed upon arrival. If you find lying comfortably on the floor difficult, a chair can be provided with advance notice. Please contact Kasia before the event so that this can be arranged. Arriving at the Venue Please arrive before the published start time. The first 15 minutes are reserved for welcoming guests, getting comfortable and settling into the space. Late entry will not be permitted once the Sound Bath has begun, as this can disturb the experience of other participants. Parking is not available at the venue, but there is parking available nearby. Creating a Comfortable Space for Everyone For the comfort of all participants: Please switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices before the session begins. Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or fragrances. If you tend to fall asleep during relaxation, you may wish to use an additional pillow to slightly raise your head or lie on your side to minimise the possibility of snoring. Booking & Cancellation Policy All group Sound Bath bookings must be paid in full in advance, no later than 7 hours before the event. All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Other currencies are not accepted. Group Sound Bath tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or gift your place to someone else.
