Location: Cambridge Intensive 1 day Training + online initiation Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) is the foundational, beginner-level course focused on self-healing, energy awareness, and personal development. It teaches the history, principles, and hand positions for treating oneself, friends, family, and your own pets. The course involves energy attunements and usually runs over a weekend or Fridays I offer a two-day one to one Level 1 Reiki course , combining the best of both online and in-person learning. Day 1: Theory (via Zoom) - 3h introduction to Reiki Level 1 - how to prepare for your attunement. Approximetaly 1 month before the hands on practice We’ll spend 1 hour (approximately) online diving into the history of Reiki Day 2: Practical - Hands on practice - in person experience The day is from 9am until 4pm (approximately) Key Aspects of Usui Reiki Level 1: Self-Healing Focus Only: Primarily teaches how to connect with Reiki energy to heal oneself and manage daily stress. Attunements: Participants receive attunements, which are sacred, energetic initiations that open the energy channels to allow the flow of Reiki. Curriculum: Covers the history of Mikao Usui, the Reiki principles, chakras, grounding techniques, and hand positions for self-treatment and treating others 9 (practice only). 21-Day Cleansing: A 21-day period is often suggested for self-care and energy integration after attunement. No Experience Needed: Level 1 is open to all beginners, with no prior experience required. Level 1 provides the foundation for energy healing but does not authorise the recipient to work professionally - that usually requires Reiki Level 2. - Internationally recognised Reiki LEVEL 1 certificate (Practice on family and friends only ) You’ll receive a practical guidance to help you play confidently and professionally. You'll Reiki Meditation techniques to increasing your spiritual connection What's included: - personalised in-person support to ensure you leave feeling confident in your ability to practice self-healing - Ongoing mentorship and support from me, even after your training - Training Manuals - step by step instructions

Please read: Sound Bath Policy available on our website Contraindications: Please let Kasia know if any of the conditions listed below apply to you. Epilepsy/seizures which may have been triggered by sound. Autism, Pacemakers, heart conditions, hearing Aids, you require lifesaving medication due to allergies, severe anxiety, mental health conditions, PTSD, bipolar/schizophrenia, high-risk pregnancy, Tourette syndrome, Tinnitus or other sound sensitive condition. There are only a few rare cases where sound therapy may not be suitable but it is always best to check if you are unsure. In most instances it is simply a matter of adjusting sound levels or moving you further away from the instruments for your comfort. Clients with PTSD, depression, metal implants and tinnitus have been able to enjoy the benefits of my sound baths. It is important that I am made aware of any of the issues listed above so that I can decide if a sound bath is the right thing for you at this time. No claims for any cure are made or implied. All group sound bath event must be paid in advance no later than 7h before your appointment. All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling. No other currencies accepted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Contact sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk if you wish to cancel an appointment or event. Group Sound Baths events are non-refundable. However, you may wish to gift your space to someone else. You will receive a full refund if the event or appointment is cancelled by Luminescence Naturals. Group event: Clean yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and cushions will be provided. Water will be provided. However It is advisable to bring a water bottle and eye mask (optional). You will be asked to take your shoes off upon arrival. Please Note: Parking isn't available but plenty of parking nearby. Please arrive no later than after the published start time. The first 15 minutes of the session is to get in and get settled. There will be no late entry once the session has started to avoid disturbing other participants. Mobile phones and any other electronic devices must be switched off during the event. If you find it difficult to lay on the floor a chair can be provided if you give advance notice. Avoid the use of strong perfume for the comfort of others. If you tend to fall asleep, use an extra pillow to raise your head or lay on your side to decrease the possibility of snoring.
